They’ve had numerous blood tests and other investigations, with still no better understanding of their causes, because everything came back as ‘normal’, or ‘normal for their age’.
Many have a diagnosis, but aren’t feeling any better with their treatment, often experiencing side-effects and they’re are looking for support beyond simply taking medication.
