Achieve long-lasting relief from recurrent UTIs and Interstitial Cystitis.

By getting to the root cause of your symptoms, I can help you break the cycle and restore your bladder health with evidence-based personalised nutrition plans.

Let’s put an end to painful peeing

If you’ve been dealing with recurrent UTIs, you’ll know the frustration:

Your Symptoms appear. You’re given a short course of antibiotics. Your symptoms improve temporarily.

Then weeks or months later they return. And the cycle repeats.

This can go on for years.

For some women, tests repeatedly come back “normal”, despite ongoing symptoms, and they’re told it’s Interstitial Cystitis (IC) - a label given when no infection is found.

This is because standard urine tests don’t catch everything and in many cases, they miss the problem entirely. You can test “negative” for UTIs on urine culture, and still have bacteria present.

I know this first-hand. I struggled with recurrent UTIs for 22 years, and what I later came to understand is that what I was told was a “new” infection, was in fact an unresolved one that had simply been missed.

To get a clearer picture of the bacteria driving symptoms, I use advanced DNA-based testing, such as Next Generation Sequencing. This looks at all bacterial DNA in the sample, giving a broad overview of the bladder microbiome, including those missed in standard cultures.

But it’s not just about the bladder. I also look at the wider environment that may be contributing to recurrent infections.

This can include exploring:

  • gut health and microbial balance

  • the vaginal microbiome and vaginal pH

  • possible sources of reinfection, including a sexual activity

  • nutritional status and immune resilience

  • Hormonal changes, particularly low oestrogen during menopause

Based on this, we’ll create a personalised health plan, including targeted nutrition and personalised supplementation, to put and end to bladder pain.

You don’t have to stay stuck in this cycle

“Nearly 6 months later, the transformation in my health has been remarkable”

After struggling with ongoing health issues for nine months, I finally decided to seek help from a nutritionist — and I’m so grateful I found Leticia. I had developed a chronic cough from severe hay fever, which then progressed into a hypersensitivity. After three rounds of antibiotics and steroids, my gut health was in a terrible state, and mentally I felt completely depleted.
From the very beginning, Leticia took the time to truly listen. Some of my symptoms she understood immediately; others she researched in depth, and it was clear she approached every detail with care and thoroughness. She guided me through an initial four‑week dietary plan and recommended targeted supplements to support my recovery. As we went along, she adjusted the plan thoughtfully based on how my body responded.
I had countless questions throughout the process, and Leticia was endlessly patient, always responding with clarity and reassurance.
Nearly six months later, the transformation in my health has been remarkable. Most of my symptoms have disappeared entirely, and the few that remain are now completely manageable. Working with Leticia has genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m incredibly grateful for her dedication, expertise, and the genuine effort she put into helping me regain my health.
I recommend her wholeheartedly.
