Struggling with Recurrent UTIs, Bladder Pain or ongoing Urinary Symptoms?

By getting to the root cause of your symptoms, I can help you break the cycle and restore your bladder health with evidence-based personalised nutrition plans.

Let's Break the Cycle of Recurrent UTIs

If you're caught in the cycle of recurrent UTIs, you'll know how exhausting it can be.

The symptoms start. You're prescribed antibiotics. Things improve for a while.

Then weeks or months later, the symptoms return.

And the cycle repeats.

For some women, this continues for years.

Others experience ongoing bladder pain, burning, urgency or frequency, only to be told that their urine tests are "normal" or that no infection has been found.

But just because your tests are normal doesn't mean your symptoms aren't real.

Living with persistent bladder symptoms can be incredibly frustrating and isolating. The constant worry about another flare-up, the impact on relationships, travel, work and confidence, and the feeling that you're not getting answers can be overwhelming.

Having struggled with recurrent UTIs myself for 22 years, I understand first-hand just how life-disrupting these symptoms can be.

I also know how disheartening it can feel when you're doing everything you've been advised to do, yet you're still no closer to understanding why your symptoms keep returning.

You deserve to feel listened to, supported and taken seriously.

Getting your health back on track

My purpose as a functional nutritional therapist is to explore, in-depth, your diet and lifestyle, thoroughly review your symptoms, and, if needed, recommend  laboratory testing, to get a better understanding of the underlying imbalances in a variety of body systems. Based on this, we will create an evidence-based personalised health plan to help you get your health back on track.
